All Inclusive VIP Services
For organizations that prefer a fully managed, worry-free approach, Marvin provides comprehensive enterprise support across all three core disciplines.
Every part of your environment, including servers, storage, virtualization, and security, is proactively maintained and optimized for uptime and stability. The result is consistent performance, predictable billing, and complete peace of mind.
All services are delivered remotely, with on-site engagements available at standard daily rates.

Prepaid Service Retainers
For organizations that need regular access to expert consulting without a recurring contract, Marvin offers flexible Prepaid Service Retainers. This model provides priority access to Marvin’s expertise whenever needed and eliminates the billing overhead of individual engagements, keeping the focus on your projects and results.
Prepaid retainers are purchased in advance and remain valid for up to two years. Time is deducted as services are performed. They can be used for virtually any engagement, including upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, outage recovery, maintenance, or strategic planning.

Time and Materials Support
Time and Materials support provides on-demand access to Marvin’s expertise across OpenText Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure & Virtualization, and Security & Threat Protection. This option covers any service or issue, including updates, patches, troubleshooting, system upgrades, or new implementations. It applies to all supported solutions such as GroupWise, Open Enterprise Server, SUSE Linux, VMware, and Sophos.
It’s the most flexible way to get help when you need it, without long-term contracts or commitments. Whether you require quick assistance, technical analysis, or short-term project support, this model gives you direct access to Marvin when needed.
Time and Materials services are provided based on availability. Marvin works to accommodate most situations and will assist whenever possible, but it’s best to schedule in advance to ensure time is available.
For new customers, services are scheduled after billing arrangements are confirmed. Once a relationship is established and you are an existing customer, the process becomes simple and streamlined.
All Time and Materials work is completed remotely unless on-site service is specifically arranged. For larger or recurring projects, you may want to consider a Prepaid Service Retainer or All-Inclusive VIP Agreement for discounted rates and priority access.

Onsite Assistance
Marvin is available for on-site projects worldwide. On-site services are billed at a flat rate of $2,900 per day (USD) plus customary travel expenses.
