Shared Folder Trees. Share an entire folder structure, including sub-folders, with other users. This makes sharing a large folder structure simple and painless. Skype Integration. Make Skype calls right out of GroupWise using phone numbers in emails or in your address book. Apple iPad support. Custom WebAccess template optimized for the iPad. Much improved WebAccess interface that has a new look and feel, and includes many of the new GroupWise 2012 full client features. Multi-User Calendars. Many new ways to view calendars for multiple users or resources.

Relevance Focus. GroupWise 2012 learns what you use the most. Now your most frequently used contacts, searches, and folders are easier to find because they show up in your searches and lists first. Streamlined WebAccess Deployment. WebAccess now talks directly to the Post Office, eliminating the WebAccess Agent, which was sometimes problematic. Recurring Appointments. A newly designed interface allows you to easily create recurring appointments like never before. Attachment Modifications. You can receive an attachment, modify the attachment, and reply with your edits directly from the GroupWise 2012 Client. You no longer have to save it to your workstation and then resend it.
