When Marvin Huffaker Consulting was founded, we specialized in Novell solutions and provided services of all shapes and sizes surrounding the Novell product line. We filled the gap for companies needing expertise with various Novell technologies. We deployed solutions for companies that didn't have the expertise in-house. We supported hundreds of NetWare installations large and small. This was a successful strategy and we have no regrets. However, as anyone knows, the Novell product line is so vast that it is impossible to maintain a high level of expertise on all facets. Over time, we became unfocused and struggled to define ourselves and our expertise.
Over the past several months, we have reviewed our successes and our failures. We have watched industry trends. We have listened to customers and heard their pain. We have observed that there are four key areas that companies struggle with the most.
