Engineer Level I
This position is location in Chandler, Arizona. Primary duties are to provide immediate assistance to customers for support issues and administrative tasks. Strong Windows Desktop experience as well as current network administration experience in corporate Novell environments is required. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and administrative tasks. We require at least two of the following certifications: Novell CNA, Novell CNE, Microsoft MCP, Microsoft MCSE, Novell CLP, Novell CLE.
Escalation Engineer - Level II
This position is located in Chandler, Arizona and may require some travel to businesses within the Phoenix metro area. Primary duties are to work with customers to resolve serious network issues, perform system maintenance and support, and other server/network challenges. Must have 4-5 years of recent experience with at least one of the following certifications: Novell CNE, Novell Master CNE (Preferred), Novell CLE. Additionally, a Microsoft MCSE certification is desired, but only if accompanied by one of the listed Novell certifications.
Project Engineer Level II
The position is located in Chandler, Arizona and requires a moderate amount of travel. Primary duties are project related work such as upgrades, migrations, consolidations, etc. Must have 4-5 years of recent experience with at least two of the following: GroupWise, NetWare, ZENworks, Identity Manager, or eDirectory. Novell CNE and/or CLE is required, Master CNE is preferred.
Desktop Technician Level I
This position is located in Chandler, Arizona and requires minimal travel around the Phoenix area. Primary duties are supporting desktop systems for customers in a networked environment. Must have well rounded knowledge and experience with Windows XP in a networked environment. Preferred candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Microsoft MCP certification.
- Experience with Windows XP in an enterprise environment.
- Thorough understanding of Windows Security and Group Policies.
- Experience configuring and deploying Windows applications.

Novell Consultants & Engineers
We are especially interested in Novell experts with the following qualifications:
- Current Novell CNE or CLE certification; Preferably Master CNE certification.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Novell solutions. Specifically GroupWise, NetWare, ZENworks, Identity Manager (DirXML), and eDirectory.
- Ability to lead a project and follow through all tasks to completion.
- Capable of paying strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
